Online Legal Protection

Online Legal ProtectionTerms of Use or Service You have probably become a member or used websites that actually have Terms of Use or Terms of Service in place.

A TOS, or Terms of Service, is quite different from a disclaimer. While a disclaimer disclaims, a TOS basically states the rules of using your site or service.

There are three main objectives you should have when creating your TOS. The first is that it must be understandable by the average person.

A TOS that is full of legal jargon probably won’t do you much good. Use everyday language.
